All prices listed on the site are given in United States currency only. Other than Canada, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to all online orders delivered to addresses within Colorado.

Payment Options

* Personal Checks or Money Orders: Please feel free to contact us via email for details if you are unsure of shipping rates or tax totals for your order. You must pay with a United States-issued personal check or postal money order payable in United States funds made out to “A.L. Hill”. Mail your check or money order with a printout of the Order Form page to:

Shipping

Orders are processed daily, except on holidays. Occasionally partial shipments will be made. You will be notified by (e)mail if any item you ordered is out of stock and on back order. We are currently shipping to the United States and Canada only.

United States Addresses: Most orders are shipped via USPS first class or priority mail. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

Canadian Addresses: All orders are shipped via first class mail. Please allow up to two to three weeks for delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy is as follows:
* We do not accept returns of Patterns.
* Kits must be returned UNOPENED and in original sale condition.
* Refunds will not be issued for items more than 30 days after original ship date.
* Refunds are for purchase price only. No shipping charges will be refunded.
* We do not pay shipping costs for returned items.
* We do not refund any fees for commissioned pieces.
